1.    START OF AGREEMENT
1.1    The company is Dark Spark Consulting Ltd (Company or we). The effect of this agreement commences from receipt of payment until the scheduled end-date of the Dark Spark Consultant Experience. 

2.    PLACE OF WORK AND SCHEDULE
2.1    The Dark Spark Consultant Experience will take place in a fully remote working/learning environment, incorporating learning delivered online via Microsoft Teams or other online learning platforms.
2.2    The Consultant Experience will be full-time, starting at 09:00 UK time and finishing at 17:00.
2.3    The Consultant Experience does not run on UK bank holidays.
2.4    You will be expected to provide your own laptop/electronic device to participate in the training. If this causes any issues or concerns please discuss with a Dark Spark Director prior to registering for the Experience: DSCE@darksparkconsulting.com

3.    COSTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1    The Dark Spark Consultant Experience costs £149 (including VAT).
Your Obligations
3.2    You agree to actively engage and participate in the Consultant Experience, showing commitment and enthusiasm.
3.3    You are expected to foster a supportive, welcoming and professional atmosphere, treating other Dark Spark trainees with respect and contributing to a nurturing learning environment.
3.4    If, for any reason, you are unable to participate in the Experience, you must promptly notify a Dark Spark Director. Delays in attendance or other absences must be reported without delay.

4.    REFUNDS

4.1    Should the Company cancel or change the dates of the scheduled instance of the Consultant Experience that you have paid for, we will contact you promptly to try to arrange new dates. However, should we be unable to agree an alternative, we will issue you a full refund within seven days.

5.    TERMINATION 
5.1    We shall be entitled to terminate this agreement with you at any time without notice if we reasonably consider that you have committed any serious breach of your obligations.

6.    DATA PROTECTION
6.1    We will collect and process information relating to you in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation.  It will be securely stored on Company IT infrastructure for six months following the scheduled end-date of the Dark Spark Consultant Experience. 

7.    COMPANY PROPERTY
7.1    All documents, manuals, hardware and software provided for your use by the Company, and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored on the Company's computer systems or other electronic equipment (including mobile phones), remain the property of the Company. 
7.2    Any Company property in your possession and any original or copy documents obtained by you in the course of your training shall be returned to Nicola Hedley at any time on request and in any event prior to the termination of your training with the Company.

8.    THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
No one other than you and the Company shall have any right to enforce any terms of this agreement.​
