Our training programme is just the beginning of your professional development. As you settle into a customer placement, you will be supported by regular, 1 on 1 coaching sessions.

Personal Development Plan

We believe it's important to work towards longer-term career goals, and as such, we will work with you to create a Personal Development Plan and review it at least once a quarter.

Role development

As you mature with Dark Spark, and in line with your Personal Development Plan, we'd like to offer you the opportunity to take more of a leading role within our team, supporting new consultants or getting more involved in business development activities.
